Gradco Engineering (Pty) Ltd was founded in 1989. In June 2007, our name changed to Gradco South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Gradco SA changed ownership and management in June 2010, Mr. Storm Lutzkie is the new Managing Director supported by Mr. Frikkie Lutzkie and Mr. Buks Botha in an advisory capacity. Gradco SA is an independent organisation, although we form part of the Lutzkie Group of Companies.

Gradco SA’s management has more than 20 years combined experience in the Thermoplastic Industry. We specialise in the manufacture, supply and installation of thermo-plastic and steel pipes and fittings.

Technical Management Team and Workforce
The management team and workforce has a combined experience in excess of 50
years in the thermo plastics industry including manufacturing, fabrication, plant work, overland lines and design. We have in excess of 25 Plasticians qualified by the Plastics Federation of South Africa.
Gradco has a well established, fully equipped fabrication and manufacturing factory situated at New Rietfontein Industrial Area, Middelburg, Mpumalanga. We manufacture all fabricated fittings up to 1100mm and seamless bends up to 630mm OD. This facility adequately supports the manufacturing / fabrication requirements of all our sites and outside customers.
With us quality is paramount. Therefore we make use of qualified QA specialists to ensure we fulfil our, as well as our customer’s stringent quality requirements.
All work is guaranteed to comply with customer specifications and to be of the best available grade of materials and workmanship. Thorough and careful workmanship ensures that we undertake to correct and make good any defects which may develop under normal and proper use.
Each Project is evaluated at enquiry stage for the scope of quality control requirements. Once a contract is awarded these evaluations are reviewed and the required personnel appointed to oversee the quality aspect of the project.
